Shipping Policy
At NUNCA TE RINDAS®, we prepare each order carefully so that it arrives in perfect condition.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship throughout mainland Spain and the islands. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, please consult us in advance at ventas@nuncaterindas.es.
2. Shipping Rates

Provisional rates subject to update. Free shipping may apply above a certain amount in future promotions.
3. Preparation Time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends are processed the next business day.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can locate your shipment at all times.
