Returns and Exchange Policy

At NUNCA TE RINDAS®, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here's how to proceed.

1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return, in accordance with Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers).

2. Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Not have been personalized (personalized products are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect)
  • Include all original accessories and documentation

3. How to Request a Return

Contact us before sending the product:

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within a maximum of 48 business hours.

4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or there was an error in the order on our part.

5. Refund

Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will cover all costs and send you a replacement at no additional charge.
